Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused CRM professional to manage our Customer Relationship Management system and ensure smooth customer engagement. The role involves handling customer data, resolving queries, driving retention strategies, and ensuring excellent client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update customer records in the CRM system.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and retention.
Coordinate with sales, service, and marketing teams for smooth customer handling.
Track and analyze customer interactions, prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers on service reminders, renewals, and payments.
Support marketing campaigns, tele-calling, and promotional activities.
Ensure timely communication and maintain service quality standards.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in CRM, sales support, or customer service preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is an added advantage.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure with professionalism.
Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
