Job Summary:

Mangla Rubber Technology is seeking an experienced CRM Executive to manage client

relationships, handle queries, and ensure smooth communication between customers and the

company. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in CRM

software, and a customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities:

Manage and update customer data in CRM software.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from clients.

Coordinate with sales, marketing, and service teams to resolve client issues.

Track and follow up on client requirements.

Prepare reports on customer interactions and CRM activity.

Support onboarding of new clients and maintain positive relationships.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in CRM, client servicing, or customer support.

Excellent fluency in spoken and written English is a must,

Basic to intermediate computer skills (MS Office, Email, Internet).

Knowledge of CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, or similar preferred.

Good verbal and written communication in Hindi & English.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Min. education: graduate
