Job Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and updating various types of data into our computer systems and databases. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our organization's information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry:
• Accurately input data from various sources, including paper documents, digital files, and online forms.
• Ensure data is entered correctly, following established formats and guidelines.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before finalizing input.
• Data Validation:
• Review and cross-check data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
• Identify and resolve any data quality issues promptly.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain data accuracy.
• Data Organization:
• Organize and maintain electronic and paper records for easy retrieval.
• Develop and maintain efficient filing systems.
• Ensure data is accessible and secure.
• Reporting:
• Generate reports and summaries as required, using data analysis tools if necessary.
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
• Compliance:
• Follow company policies and procedures related to data handling and storage.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Forms, Sheets).
• Ability to identify and resolve data entry issues.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Minimum educational requirement: Graduate degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data entry software or databases.
• Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.

Working Conditions:

• Work is performed in an office setting.
• May involve repetitive tasks and prolonged computer use.
