Role Overview: You will be providing mutual funds transaction processing services with a customer-focused approach. Your role will involve offering proactive and innovative solutions to customers. As a skilled support representative, you will handle varied tasks that require resourcefulness, self-initiative, and significant judgment within defined procedures. You are expected to demonstrate advanced functional knowledge to evaluate the implications of issues and provide recommendations for solutions. Additionally, you will guide less experienced team members and may act in a team leadership capacity. There may be instances where you will recommend new procedures to enhance efficiency.
