Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager Location: Mumbai/Chennai Type: Full-Time; 5 days a week About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to strengthen relationships with our clients and ensure exceptional service delivery. As part of a dynamic consulting team, you will act as the key point of contact, supporting client retention and driving satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary liaison between the firm and assigned clients. Understand client needs and ensure services are aligned to business goals. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery. Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly. Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to support business growth. Maintain CRM systems and generate reports on client engagement and satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2+ years of experience in client relationship or account management, preferably in consulting or professional services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM ).
