Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager Location: Mumbai/Chennai Type: Full-Time; 5 days a week About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to strengthen relationships with our clients and ensure exceptional service delivery. As part of a dynamic consulting team, you will act as the key point of contact, supporting client retention and driving satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary liaison between the firm and assigned clients. Understand client needs and ensure services are aligned to business goals. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Chennai or Mumbai. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and closing sales. The Business Development associate will play a key role in driving the growth and success of IRIM's business. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and other sources. Client Engagement: Reach out to prospective clients via cold calls, emails, and social media to present our products/services.
