Job Description

Customer Relationship Manager – Duties and Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service and timely communication.
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.

2. Sales & Service Coordination

  • Work closely with sales teams to enhance customer experience throughout the buying process.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer preferences and purchase history.
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and post-sale feedback to ensure repeat business.

3. CRM Software Management

  • Implement and manage CRM software to maintain accurate customer databases.
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to track engagement, preferences, and buying patterns.
  • Generate periodic reports and insights to support management decisions and marketing campaigns.

4. Customer Retention & Loyalty

  • Develop and execute customer loyalty programs and retention strategies.
  • Address potential service gaps to improve customer retention rates.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to ensure long-term association.

5. Communication & Coordination

  • Act as the communication bridge between customers and internal departments (sales, marketing, accounts, logistics).
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and service satisfaction.
  • Support marketing initiatives and events aimed at improving customer relationships.

6. Travel & Field Activities

  • Visit key customers and project sites when required to ensure relationship continuity and service satisfaction.
  • Represent the brand professionally during client meetings, events, and after-sales visits.

7. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on customer feedback, complaints, and satisfaction trends.
  • Suggest improvements in service processes and CRM tools for better customer management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
