Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced CRM cum Insurance Liaison to manage client relationships, coordinate with insurers and corporate partners, and ensure smooth delivery of healthcare and insurance-related services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, hands-on experience in TPA/Health Insurance operations, and the ability to handle end-to-end coordination for empanelment, claims, pre-policy check-ups, and customer service.

Responsibilities Client Relationship Management (CRM)

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, insurers, and TPAs.
• Maintain excellent client relationships to ensure service satisfaction and retention.
• Handle customer queries, escalations, and feedback with prompt resolution.
• Manage and update client databases, service records, and CRM tools.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with corporate clients for service updates and approvals.

Insurance & Hospital Coordination

• Coordinate with insurance companies and hospital for empanelment, onboarding, and service agreements.
• Process requests for pre-policy medical check-ups, cashless approvals, reimbursements, and claim-related documentation.
• Liaise with underwriting teams for medical requirements and report submissions.
• Ensure compliance with TPA guidelines, service level agreements (SLAs), and audit requirements.
• Support the billing team in timely submission and follow-up of claims/payments.
