Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and satisfaction.

2. Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.

3. Analyze customer data to identify trends, needs, and opportunities.

4. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, service, accounts) for smooth operations.

5. Guide junior CRM team members and monitor their performance.

6. Follow up on customer feedback and implement improvement actions.

7. Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.

8. Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.

9. Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly customer service targets.

Key Skills Required:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and negotiation ability

- Customer-first mindset

- Leadership and team-handling experience

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate in any discipline

- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in CRM/customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
