Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Customer Relationship Manager to manage and enhance client relationships for our wealth management and stock broking operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding clients, understanding their financial goals, offering appropriate investment solutions, and ensuring a seamless client experience. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Maintain and develop strong relationships with HNI and retail clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of queries and issues. Regularly update clients on market trends, investment opportunities, and portfolio performance. Sales & Advisory Support: Understand client financial needs and provide suitable investment options across equity, mutual funds, bonds, PMS, AIFs, etc. Support business development by cross-selling and upselling investment products. Assist in achieving revenue targets through client retention and acquisition. Onboarding & Documentation: Guide new clients through KYC, account opening, and compliance formalities. Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory norms (SEBI, NSE/BSE, etc.). Market Awareness: Stay informed about financial markets, stock movements, and product innovations. Share insights and recommendations with clients in collaboration with the research team. Client Servicing & Reporting: Monitor client portfolios and generate performance reports. Coordinate with back-office and operations to ensure smooth transaction processing and reporting. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Financial and investment acumen Client-focused approach Good understanding of equity markets and financial instruments Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred) NISM certifications (Series VII, VA,XI etc.) will be an added advantage Minimum 2–5 years of experience in client servicing/sales in wealth management or broking industry Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Education: Bachelor's (Required) Language: English (Preferred) Location: Vesu, Surat, Gujarat (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 8511081187
