The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, and driving sales initiatives. Daily tasks include analyzing customer data, implementing CRM software, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and ensuring seamless project management to achieve organizational goals.
