CRM Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer database and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle after-sales support including client queries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Track and update payment status (received/pending).
  • Generate and analyze reports on customer interactions and service performance.
  • Coordinate with sales, accounts, and service teams for smooth operations.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate with

    4–5 years of proven experience in CRM (real estate preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
