Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Residential and Commercial Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves selling products or services to both residential and commercial clients, developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify, target, and engage potential residential and commercial clients. Conduct on-site and virtual sales presentations to prospective customers. Understand client needs and offer appropriate products, services, or solutions. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and contracts. Negotiate pricing and contract terms in line with company guidelines. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, industry trends, and competitors.
