Job Description

We’re seeking a Client Relationship Manager / Account Manager to build and nurture key client

relationships, manage accounts end-to-end, and identify opportunities for business growth across

our IT services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage strategic client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for smooth project execution.

• Handle account planning, revenue forecasts, and pipeline management.

• Participate in proposals, RFPs, and negotiations.

• Execute targeted sales campaigns and support client events.

Skills & Experience

• 5-10 years in client relationship management, account management, or business development

in IT services.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working with US or international markets preferred.

• Proficiency in embedded systems and semiconductor technologies.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales platforms (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
