Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position at Wondr Diamonds' Corporate office in Coimbatore for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager. The CRM Manager will oversee the implementation and management of CRM tools to enhance customer experiences and drive retention. Responsibilities include analyzing customer data, developing market segmentation strategies, ensuring sales team alignment with customer acquisition goals, and managing projects related to customer relationship initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve and optimize CRM processes and strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and drive data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and customers effectively
• Experience in sales and developing strategies for customer acquisition and retention
• Understanding of market segmentation and its application in optimizing customer outreach
• Proficient in project management, with the ability to oversee and manage multiple initiatives
• Previous CRM or customer-facing role experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in CRM tools and software is preferred
