As a Customer Service Executive, your role involves verifying customer details and confirming online orders via call/SMS/email. You will be responsible for ensuring that Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are genuine to minimize return-to-origin (RTO) cases. Additionally, you will address customer queries regarding order status and delivery timelines.
