Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Manager located in Surat. The CRM Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, analyzing customer data, developing sales strategies, and segmenting the market. The CRM Manager will also oversee project management and ensure that customer relationship strategies are effectively implemented and maintained.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and Project Management experience
Excellent Communication and Sales skills
Knowledge of Market Segmentation techniques
Proven ability to manage customer relationships and foster client loyalty
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience working in the media and entertainment industry is a plus
Proficiency in CRM software and tools
