Additionally, you will be accountable for resolving client issues efficiently, tracking CRM metrics, and preparing performance reports for senior management. Your recommendations for process improvements and implementation of best practices will be crucial in maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 5-8 years of experience in Customer Relationship/Support/Account Management roles. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and conflict-resolution skills are essential for this role. Moreover, having empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset will be key to building and maintaining positive client relationships. Proficiency in CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot would be advantageous, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.,
