Job Description

You will be a Customer Relationship Executive in our Sales Development department based in Raipur. Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to customers during the sales process, cultivate strong relationships, and drive sales conversions. To excel in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of our products and services, and be adept at identifying and seizing sales opportunities. Your duties will involve providing sales support by assisting customers with product and service inquiries, ensuring they are well-informed to make purchasing decisions, and delivering prompt and accurate responses to sales-related queries to guarantee high customer satisfaction. As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be tasked with managing customer relationships by establishing and nurturing strong connections to promote loyalty and repeat business. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, effectively addressing their needs and concerns to enhance their overall experience. Furthermore, you will be responsible for lead generation and conversion. This involves identifying potential sales opportunities, converting inquiries into sales to contribute to the team's sales targets, and diligently tracking and following up on leads to maximize conversion rates, with a particular focus on upselling and cross-selling where applicable. Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our Marble products and services is crucial for your success in this role. Stay updated on product features, benefits, and promotions to offer accurate information to customers and drive sales. Additionally, you will gather and analyze customer feedback to glean insights that can refine sales strategies and product offerings. Collaboration with the sales and marketing teams will be necessary to enhance the customer experience and address any areas for improvement. To qualify for this position, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in customer support or sales, ideally in a similar industry, is advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset are essential. You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple tasks efficiently, and be proficient in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite. As a Customer Relationship Executive, your performance will be evaluated based on key metrics such as sales conversion rates, customer satisfaction scores, and lead follow-up effectiveness. Regular performance reviews will be conducted to ensure that your contributions align with the company's sales objectives and customer service standards.
