Customer Relationship Management Manager

As a Customer Relationship Manager at the Petroleum Industry located in Gomti Nagar, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain profitable relationships with key clients. You will oversee client relationships, efficiently resolve client complaints, and keep clients updated on the latest trends to drive sales. Working closely with managers, you will strategically plan to expand the client base through upselling and cross-selling.
