Job Description

As a Client Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure all client leads are followed up on promptly after orders are placed. It will be essential to maintain client satisfaction by providing excellent after-sales service and actively seeking honest feedback from clients. Your role will involve servicing clients from the time of order placement until collection, resolving any queries or concerns they may have, and supporting them with information about company products or services when needed. Key skills required for this role include having a polite disposition, the ability to conduct rigorous follow-ups, effective communication skills (both verbal and written) with colleagues and clients, adaptability to different situations, proactive problem-solving abilities, a comprehensive understanding of the products/services offered by the company, and being readily available to clients via calls. You will also serve as a point of contact for client complaints and will be responsible for escalating any issues to the relevant departments for resolution. Your goal will be to understand client needs and concerns and address them promptly and effectively to maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.,
