Keep customers updated on the latest products to increase sales and provide support from sales booking to transaction closure. Coordinate with all teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Maintain customer database and communicate company updates. Ensure all client leads are met and existing clients are satisfied through after-sales service. Request genuine feedback and provide support on company products or services. Understand and solve client queries effectively. Key skills for Client Relationship Management include a polite disposition, ability for rigorous follow-up, confident communication (both verbal and written), adaptability, proactive approach, thorough product knowledge, availability on calls, and preference for female candidates with soft skills.
