This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Manager located in Pune. As the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Your day-to-day tasks will include analyzing customer data, developing sales strategies, segmenting markets, and managing various projects. You will coordinate with various departments to ensure consistent service delivery and identify opportunities for improving client engagement and growth. Key responsibilities include utilizing strong analytical skills and experience in customer handling, as well as excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with customers. You will centralize customer data for easy access and better service, manage and nurture leads to improve conversions, monitor policy renewals, automate reminders, streamline client interactions, personalize engagement, and identify opportunities for upselling and retention through cross-selling. Qualifications: - Preferably any Graduate & Insurance certifications like Licentiate / Associate from III will be preferred. - Customer Relationship Manager experience in any CRM Role Company or Insurance Broking Company. - Freshers are also encouraged to apply.,
