Customer Relationship Management Executive

CRM Executive (1–3 Years | Gurgaon | ₹20,000–32,000 per month)

Rudra Shield is a trusted name in security & surveillance solutions (CCTV, access control, fire safety, on-demand security professionals). We are looking for a CRM Executive to strengthen our sales operations and client relationships.

• Manage and update client records in CRM tools (HubSpot/Zoho or similar).
• Prepare and send professional quotations & proposals.
• Track leads, opportunities, and client communications across the sales funnel.
• Generate CRM reports for management (leads, conversions, follow-ups).
• Support the sales & operations team for smooth client coordination.
• Handle renewals, reminders, and client follow-ups.

• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, sales support, or client relationship roles.
• Knowledge of CRM software (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good written & spoken communication (English + Hindi).
• Process-oriented, detail-driven, and organized.

• Background in security services, surveillance, or facility management.
• Experience with quotation management or invoicing support.
