Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Executive located in Chennai. The role involves daily tasks such as managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer inquiries, and implementing customer retention strategies. Additional responsibilities include supporting sales efforts and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in Customer relationship role
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Customer Retention and Customer Experience management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
