Job Overview:

CRM Administrator


Key Responsibilities:

System Administration

  • Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure performance, reliability, and uptime.
  • Conduct regular audits, data clean-up, and deduplication processes.
  • Manage and support integrations with other business applications.


Customization & Reporting

  • Configure custom fields, workflows, dashboards, and reports tailored to user and business needs.
  • Develop and maintain automated processes to enhance team productivity and system efficiency.


User Management & Support

  • Set up and manage user accounts, roles, and access permissions.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training to CRM users.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for CRM-related issues and requests.


Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Collect user feedback to inform and implement CRM system improvements.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, customer service, and IT teams to align CRM capabilities with business requirements.


Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM system documentation.
  • Ensure data backups are conducted regularly and systems comply with data protection and privacy regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM administration (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar platforms).
  • Strong knowledge of CRM data models, reporting tools, and workflow automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to support business teams and deliver effective user training.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

High attention to detail with a commitment to data quality and accuracy.
