Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients from marketing-generated leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Understand clients’ financial objectives and recommend appropriate investment products (e.g., Mutual Funds, PMS, etc.). Clearly communicate the firm’s value proposition, process, and benefits to potential clients. Address client queries, handle objections, and guide prospects through the investment process until conversion. Maintain high responsiveness and consistent follow-up discipline to achieve sales and conversion targets. Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to encourage retention and referrals. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. Prepare sales reports and analyze data to support business strategy development. Ensure accurate and timely capture of client details and investment preferences in the CRM system. Coordinate with operations for account opening, documentation, and smooth client onboarding. Handover converted clients to the Post-Sales Relationship Manager with a detailed briefing. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine sales strategies. Represent the company at client meetings and industry events when required. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Freshers and candidates with 1-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
