Job Responsibilities:

Transaction Execution:

• Post client transactions (purchase, redemption, SIP, STP, SWP, etc.) accurately on BSE StAR MF and NSE NMF II platforms.
• Handle both online and physical transaction uploads where applicable.

Reporting & Reconciliation:

• Prepare daily transaction status reports for internal and client communication.
• Generate and reconcile reports from BSE/NSE platforms and RTA (CAMS/KFintech) systems.

Communication & Coordination:

• Coordinate with Relationship Managers and clients for transaction clarifications or missing details.
• Share confirmation screenshots or reports with relevant stakeholders after execution.

Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure transactions are executed within prescribed cut-off times and comply with regulatory norms.
• Maintain proper digital/physical documentation of executed transactions and approvals.

System Updates:

• Update client records and track pending transactions, rejections, or errors for resolution.
• Monitor and escalate system issues or downtime in portals, if any.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in mutual fund transaction processing preferred.
• Familiarity with BSE StAR MF and NSE NMF II platforms.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel (Intermediate to Advanced Level).
• Attention to detail, time management, and ability to work under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of mutual fund products and processes.
