Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Compliance Consultant to join our India-based team. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring that our College - Sydney International School of Commerce & Technology(SISTC) meets all necessary academic, legal, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain compliance with Australian higher education and regulatory frameworks.
• Prepare, review, and update institutional compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Support internal and external audits and prepare compliance reports.
• Advise management on risk areas and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master of Laws (LL.M) or equivalent legal qualification.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory affairs.
• Experience working with higher education institutions such as colleges or universities is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of education compliance standards, risk management, and governance practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
