Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage existing clients and generate repeat orders, which will be the primary responsibility of this role. The candidate must have hands-on experience in the medical equipment and lab products industry and strong relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities1. Customer Relationship Management (Core Responsibility)

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers, distributors, labs, hospitals, and traders.
  • Ensure regular follow-ups with customers to generate repeat orders.
  • Build long-term relationships to increase customer retention and lifetime value.

2. Repeat Order Generation (Major Focus)

  • Analyze customer buying patterns and proactively suggest re-ordering schedules.
  • Track last purchase dates and follow up before stock depletion.
  • Ensure monthly and quarterly repeat sales targets are achieved.

3. Order Coordination & Follow-up

  • Coordinate with sales, production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Track order status, dispatch, delivery, and payment follow-ups.
  • Resolve customer complaints related to delivery, quality, or billing in a timely manner.

4. Product Knowledge & Communication

  • Maintain strong knowledge of medical equipment & lab products including specifications and applications.
  • Communicate product updates, new launches, pricing changes, and schemes to customers.

5. Customer Feedback & Market Intelligence

  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with management for product and service improvement.
  • Monitor competitor activity and pricing in the market.

6. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain proper customer records, order history, and communication logs.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer follow-ups, repeat orders, and revenue.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in Customer Relationship / Sales Coordination in medical or lab products industry.
  • Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English; regional language preferred).
  • Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple customers and prioritize repeat business.
  • Comfortable with WhatsApp, calls, email, Excel, and basic CRM tools.

Experience & Education

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role (mandatory).
  • Graduate in any discipline (Science background preferred).
