Job Description

Role Overview: As a Customer Service Executive at Bonvive India Limited, your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer engagement, service orientation, and quality of delivery. You will be managing inbound and outbound voice processes, handling customer service inquiries, and identifying and assessing customers" needs to achieve satisfaction. It is essential to have strong phone etiquette, active listening skills, and experience in a service desk ticketing system. Your role will also involve maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers, resolving complaints, and keeping users informed of progress. Key Responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound voice processes - Handle customer service inquiries - View and manage workloads effectively - Identify and assess customers" needs - Use strong phone etiquette and active listening skills - Utilize a service desk ticketing system - Be familiar with web portals and mobile applications - Resolve customer complaints and keep users informed of progress - Log all relevant service request details and allocate categorization and prioritization codes - Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints - Conduct customer/user satisfaction call-backs/surveys - Support and understand customer needs, developing plans to address them Qualifications: - Graduate from any stream Note: Candidates with experience in voice processes and customer service are highly preferred.
