Job Summary


The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing client interactions, ensuring

customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records using advanced Excel skills. The role

requires strong communication, follow-up, and reporting abilities to support both sales and

operations teams.


Key Responsibilities


● Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

● Handle inquiries, coordinate orders, and provide after-sales support.

● Prepare and manage customer databases, reports, and trackers in Excel (advanced formulas,

Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting).

● Assist the sales team with MIS reports, sales data analysis, and follow-ups.

● Coordinate between clients and internal teams (sales, logistics, accounts) for smooth

execution.

● Ensure timely responses to customer needs and resolve queries effectively.

● Support customer engagement initiatives and feedback collection.
