Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing day-to-day accounting transactions Maintain proper documentation and records of all financial transactions Handle data entry in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy, ) Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings Support in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory filings Follow up on receivables and payables Maintain petty cash records Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation during audits Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounts or finance Knowledge of accounting principles and practices Experience with accounting software like Tally/Busy Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines Preferred: Experience with GST/TDS returns filing Familiarity with inventory and billing processes Exposure to manufacturing or trading industry accounts Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular quality checks on incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods. Prepare and maintain inspection reports, checklists, and quality documentation. Identify defects or deviations and coordinate with production teams for corrective actions. Monitor and calibrate measuring instruments and testing equipment. Ensure compliance with ISO and other relevant quality standards. Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and assist in root cause analysis. Maintain records of inspections and prepare reports for management review. Provide training to production staff on quality standards and procedures when necessary. Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial / Quality Management or related field. 1–3 years of experience in a similar QC role (manufacturing industry preferred). Good understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards. Proficient in using measurement instruments (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.). Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 or similar quality management systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and report writing.
