Job Description

Greet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable two-wheeler options.
Explain product details, pricing, and financing options clearly and effectively.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for vehicle availability and test rides.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with leads to drive conversions.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to inquiries and follow-ups.
Ensure showroom hygiene, branding, and display standards are maintained.
Support post-sale customer engagement to ensure satisfaction and feedback collection.
Manage documentation support for vehicle delivery (RC transfer, insurance, etc.) in coordination with the operations team.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
Experience: 13 years in customer service, showroom sales, or retail (automotive experience preferred).
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer orientation and problem-solving attitude.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Language: Proficiency in English and local language (Tamil/Kannada) and Hindi
