Job DescriptionPosition: Customer Relation Officer (CRO)Department: Customer Service / Sales SupportSalary: ₹50,000 per monthExperience: 2-3 yearsReporting To: Sales / Operations HeadRole SummaryThe Customer Relation Officer will manage customer communication, coordinate order execution, resolve customer issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction through effective internal and external coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact for customersCoordinate with production, dispatch, quality, and logistics teams for order executionTrack orders and provide timely updates to customersHandle customer complaints and ensure quick resolutionMaintain customer records and prepare basic MIS reportsCollect customer feedback and support retention effortsSkills & QualificationGraduate in any discipline or (MBA preferred)Strong communication and coordination skillsProblem-solving and customer-handling abilityProficient in MS Excel / ERP systemsExperience in manufacturing or B2B industry preferred
