We are seeking an experienced General Manager – Engineering & Maintenance to lead maintenance operations across our foundry lines. This senior leadership role requires deep hands-on expertise with DISA, KW, and SINTO equipment , and a proven ability in equipment integration and optimisation . Key Responsibilities: Manage complete mechanical and electrical maintenance of foundry equipment. Ensure minimum downtime and maximum operational uptime through preventive strategies. Lead and mentor a team of 40–50 engineers , ensuring technical excellence and productivity. Handle maintenance and performance optimization of advanced foundry systems (DISA, KW, SINTO). Drive continuous improvement initiatives in plant engineering and equipment efficiency. Collaborate with production and planning teams to ensure seamless integration of systems. Idle Candidate Profile: 15+ years of experience in engineering and maintenance in foundry or heavy industrial setups. Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with DISA, KW, SINTO foundry machinery. Strong leadership and team management skills. Demonstrated success in minimizing downtime and improving operational efficiency. Open to compensation discussion based on talent and experience.
