Job Description

General Manager – Engineering & Maintenance


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete mechanical and electrical maintenance of foundry equipment.
  • Ensure

    minimum downtime

    and maximum operational uptime through preventive strategies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of

    40–50 engineers

    , ensuring technical excellence and productivity.
  • Handle maintenance and performance optimization of advanced foundry systems (DISA, KW, SINTO).
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in plant engineering and equipment efficiency.
  • Collaborate with production and planning teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.


Idle Candidate Profile:

  • 15+ years

    of experience in engineering and maintenance in foundry or heavy industrial setups.
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with

    DISA, KW, SINTO

    foundry machinery.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Demonstrated success in minimizing downtime and improving operational efficiency.
  • Open to compensation discussion based on talent and experience.
