Position: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)


Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to manage and enhance client relationships, ensure smooth project communication, and deliver a delightful customer experience throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and passionate about client servicing in the interior and construction industry.



Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from project onboarding to handover.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and trust.

• Coordinate between clients, design teams, site teams, and vendors for seamless project execution.

• Understand client requirements, provide regular updates, and address concerns proactively.

• Ensure timely communication on project progress, milestones, and deliverables.

• Collect client feedback and share insights with the management for process improvement.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, contracts, and project updates in CRM software (Odoo/idesign.market/other tools used).

• Support sales and marketing teams with client engagement activities.

• Handle escalations with professionalism and ensure quick resolution.



Key Requirements:

• Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management (preferably in interior design, real estate, or construction sector).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools (Odoo, Salesforce, etc.), and project management platforms.

• Customer-first mindset with problem-solving skills.
