Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relations Manager to join a leading brand in the F&B industry. You will be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service, satisfaction, and retention. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and speed Coordinate with internal teams (kitchen, delivery, front-end) to ensure smooth service Monitor customer satisfaction and loyalty metrics Manage CRM tools to track interactions and engagement Proactively identify opportunities to improve service quality Create and execute customer engagement campaigns (offers, events, loyalty programs) Requirements: 2+ years of experience in customer relationship/client servicing roles Prior experience in hospitality or F&B is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle pressure and multitask Strong problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude Must be based out of Trivandrum or willing to relocate Show more Show less
