Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager at Rachna Sagar Pvt. Ltd., located in Bengaluru. The Customer Relations Manager will manage day-to-day interactions with customers, address customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction. They will coordinate with different departments to resolve issues, maintain customer records, and develop strategies to enhance customer relationships.
