Job Title: CRM Executive – Post-Booking Operations Location: Undri and Moshi, Pune Department: Customer Relations / Operations Employment Type: Full-time About Propacity: Propacity is transforming the real estate industry with technology-driven solutions that streamline transactions and empower stakeholders. Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Executive to manage all customer-facing activities after booking confirmation. The role involves handling agreement documentation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth customer experience post-sale. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proficient in Excel, and an excellent communicator. Key Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-booking. 2. Coordinate and manage all agreement-related documentation (e.g., sale agreements, demand letters, allotment letters). 3. Track and manage timelines for documentation, payments, and handovers. 4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Excel and the CRM system. 5. Liaise with legal teams, developers, and customers to ensure timely execution of agreements. 6. Proactively communicate with clients about pending actions, upcoming milestones, and required documents. 7. Resolve customer queries and ensure high satisfaction during the post-booking journey. 8. Work closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to streamline handover and payment processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1. 1–3 years of experience in real estate post-sales operations, customer service, or CRM roles. 2. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and [regional language, if applicable]. 4. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client records simultaneously. 5. Strong organizational and coordination skills. 6. Understanding of real estate agreements and documentation is a strong plus. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a real estate company, broker firm, or property management service. Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.). Knowledge of legal processes and RERA documentation. Why Join Propacity?
