Candidate Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred. 24 years of proven sales experience in residential interiors, construction, renovation, or home-automation related sales. Strong understanding of end-to-end project lifecycle (design ? BOQ ? execution ? handover) and familiarity with BOQ/quotations. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to explain technical choices to clients. Experience coordinating with in-house execution teams and sourcing partners; comfortable visiting sites frequently.
