The company emphasizes transparent planning and execution through its DQA model and delivers projects with an in-house execution team to ensure quality and on-time delivery. Role Summary We are seeking a proactive, target-oriented Sales Executive with experience in residential interiors or construction sales. This role focuses on generating leads, converting enquiries into signed projects, and managing client relationships across the project lifecycle from initial consultation and design handoff to execution and handover. The Sales Executive will work closely with in-house design and execution teams and coordinate with sourcing and operations to ensure smooth project delivery. Key Responsibilities Actively generate and convert leads for residential construction, interiors, renovation, and home automation projects. Conduct client consultations and site assessments to understand project scope and recommend suitable solutions. Present House of Hancet's DQA-driven process, explain transparent pricing, timelines, and deliverables to clients. Prepare and present proposals, quotations and BOQs in coordination with design and operations teams. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with in-house execution, sourcing, and project teams to ensure alignment and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Follow up on leads, maintain accurate records and pipeline updates in CRM, and prepare regular sales reports. Stay updated on interior design trends, material choices, construction practices, and home automation solutions to advise clients effectively. Candidate Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred. 24 years of proven sales experience in residential interiors, construction, renovation, or home-automation related sales. Strong understanding of end-to-end project lifecycle (design ? BOQ ? execution ? handover) and familiarity with BOQ/quotations. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to explain technical choices to clients. Experience coordinating with in-house execution teams and sourcing partners; comfortable visiting sites frequently. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools and basic familiarity with home-automation / smart-home concepts. Target-driven, self-motivated, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
