You have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive in Hyderabad. Your role involves planning and delivering Customer Retention and Customer Loyalty Strategies. You will be responsible for understanding customers" problems/issues, assisting in their resolution, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will work closely with all departments to effectively resolve customer issues and implement retention plans. Managing the Customer Database and customer engagement initiatives will also be part of your responsibilities.
