Retention Campaigns : Plan and execute targeted email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns for anniversaries, birthdays, new product launches, and service reminders to drive customer retention. Lead Tracking Support : Assist the Sales Team by tracking the progress of leads through the sales pipeline within the CRM, identifying bottlenecks, and generating follow-up reports. Customer Feedback : Manage the process for collecting and analyzing customer satisfaction (CSI) surveys and feedback to identify areas for operational improvement. Reporting : Generate regular reports on customer engagement metrics, campaign effectiveness, and lead conversion rates for management review. Requirements 1–3 years of proven experience in a CRM, Data Management, or Customer Service role (Automotive or Retail experience is highly preferred). Strong technical proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or industry-specific tools). Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for data quality assurance. Strong written and verbal communication skills for campaign drafting and internal coordination. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related quantitative field.
