Job Description

Job Overview:

The CRE will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare institutions, supporting the implementation and adoption of our Hospital Information Management System (HIMS) software, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout their journey with our software solutions.

As a CRE, you will work directly with healthcare providers and clients to understand their needs, offer support, and help them maximize the value of our software. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that they receive timely support and that their requirements are addressed efficiently.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

1. Educational Background:

  • A bachelors degree in healthcare management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Additional certifications in healthcare management systems, software training, or customer service is a plus.

2. Technical Skills:

  • Basic understanding of healthcare software and information systems.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Customer Relationship Management) and ticketing systems.
  • Familiarity with hospital workflows, patient management systems, and medical data processing.

3. Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to effectively present product demos and conduct training sessions. o Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

4. Soft Skills:

  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with healthcare clients.
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with clients and troubleshooting issues.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

5. Knowledge of Healthcare Industry:

  • Understanding of healthcare workflows, hospital management systems, and medical terminology.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
