Job Description: Relationship Manager - Sales (Real Estate)
Position Overview: The Relationship Manager - Sales in Real Estate is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving property sales, and delivering excellent customer service. The role involves understanding client needs, presenting suitable real estate solutions, and ensuring a seamless property transaction experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and providing updates on property options. ¢ Understand client needs and preferences to recommend appropriate properties. 2. Sales and Business Development ¢ Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
