Job Description

Focus on IN process and Inward quality Inspection
Product & Process Quality assurance
Line problem analysis using QC Tools
Rework & Rejection PPM Monitoring
Non Conformance recording and taking actions
Root Cause analysis for Inhouse and Supplier rejected parts – RCA
Customer concerns handling and follow up for Action plan
Implementation of QA Standards in shop floor
NPD support activities – Design and Tooling developments for DIY Project
Hands on knowledge on QA documentations- FMEA, Control plan, PFD
Knowledge on Injection molding process with shop floor documentation
Well versed with English / Local / Regional language
Water Purifier background candidates would be added advantage
Knowledge on Injection Molding
Understand on the power Bi Dashboard process and download the data
Verification of daily escalated cases on product related cases
Interaction with internal teams on escalations and resolutions
Summarizing the daily report sheets and updating to teams
Conduct internal meeting with stake holders to resolve the addressed issues
Field visits and resolutions on need basis
Capture the problems highlighted through special escalations - Social Media, Slack, WhatsApp and address the issues
