We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Onboarding Executive to join our team at Maitrayee Medico. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide top-notch customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies to ensure seamless integration of new customers.
Build strong relationships with customers through regular communication and proactive issue resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure they are fully equipped to use our services effectively.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in customer onboarding or a related field, preferably in the medical industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
Familiarity with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools is an asset.
