Customer Onboarding Executive

As a Client Onboarding at NeoDove, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding process for our clients utilizing the SaaS CRM platform. Your responsibilities will include assisting new clients throughout the onboarding journey, from gathering requirements to configuring the CRM system, and providing necessary training and support. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with sales, customer success, and technical teams to ensure a seamless transition for clients from the sales phase to implementation. - Engage closely with clients to comprehend their unique business needs and customize the CRM solution accordingly. - Conduct training sessions, offer user documentation, and address any issues or challenges encountered during the onboarding process. - Communicate with the product development team to provide feedback and suggestions for improving the onboarding experience and product features. Qualifications Required: - Possess a B.Tech degree in CS, IT, EC, BCA, or equivalent experience in the software industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and internal teams. - Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy and quality. - Ability to work independently, handle multiple client onboarding projects simultaneously, and a willingness to learn and master our SaaS CRM platform. - Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) would be advantageous for this role.,
