The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic CRM cum Sales Team Leader to establish and lead our customer relationship and revenue growth function from the ground up. This is not a plug-and-play role — you’ll be designing systems, implementing tools, and driving both customer satisfaction and sales performance.


You’ll ensure every interaction—whether service-related or sales-driven—reflects Cloud Dhobi’s commitment to reliability, care, and efficiency. If you enjoy building teams, processes, and relationships that directly impact growth, this is the role for you.


What You’ll Do

  • Set up and scale the CRM & inside sales function — including workflows, service protocols, and lead management processes.
  • Lead and mentor a team of CRM executives to ensure timely follow-ups, conversions, and smooth coordination with operations and delivery teams.
  • Drive sales through customer engagement — upselling, cross-selling, and reactivating inactive customers.
  • Create and maintain SOPs for both customer service and sales communication, ensuring consistency across touchpoints.
  • Build performance tracking systems for service quality, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify process gaps and proactively resolve issues around delays, escalations, or missed opportunities.
  • Introduce CRM dashboards, sales reports, and customer insights to drive decision-making.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and the driver of sales, turning feedback into actionable improvements and revenue opportunities.


Who You Are

  • Prior experience in a CRM, Inside Sales, or Team Lead role, preferably in a B2C environment.
  • A problem-solver with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to manage both people and processes with empathy, ownership, and performance focus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where you’ll be building, selling, and leading — not just managing.
